From the hive, straight into the pot
Collected by “Best Beekeeper of the Year”. This is one of our favorite honeys. The rare organic Thistle honey is harvested in the thousand-year-old forests at the foot of the Balkans, central Bulgaria.

RECIPE OF KINGS:
Chicken marinated with Honey of the Kings and mustard
Ingredients
- 8 cuts of yellow chicken
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Miel des Rois , 4 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 lemon, 1 pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- oil, salt, pepper
- 30g butter
Preparation of Kings:
- Salt and pepper the chicken pieces, place them in a dish.
- For the marinade, mix the mustard, honey, juice of 1 lemon and oil. Brush the pieces with it, then leave to marinate for around 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven. Peel and cut the potatoes. Open the pepper, empty it then cut it into pieces.
- In a dish, pour the remaining marinade over the chicken pieces and add the potatoes, peeled garlic and pepper pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add the oil and butter and mix gently.
- Place in the oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
