Hawthorn honey is harvested mainly in the Jura, Vosges and sometimes in the Alps. It is delicate, fruity, with floral notes on the palate. Its light color and fairly fine crystallization distinguish it among other honeys. Perfect to accompany you in a cup of herbal tea before you go to sleep at night.
