Our bramble honey is harvested from mid-June to early August in the preserved territories of the Jura. Sweet and delicate, its interesting taste is worth discovering. Bramble honey remains liquid for a long time before finally crystallizing roughly. Its red color can become more or less dark, depending on the type of flowers around it during its flowering.
