This is our new Star, Le Marseillais. Harvested in Marseille itself, in the Trois-Lucs district. The quantity is very limited for this “all flower” honey which is harvested at the end of April/beginning of May. Ideal to give as a gift or keep as a souvenir of your visit to Marseille.

- NONE of our honeys are pasteurized or mixed with other honeys
